DePaul University
Problem
Needed new lockers for the school’s recreation center
Solution
Custom-built lockers
Problem
The locker room facilities at DePaul University’s recreation center were outdated, and the university needed new lockers before their grand reopening.
Solution
DAK began with a demolition of current lockers and preparation for new lockers, which were waterproof and corrosion-proof with a wood-grained finish. We designed and built over 450 lockers with a variety of 4-tier, 2-tier and single-tier designs. All lockers are 72” high with custom-fit slope tops, custom corner panels and finished end panels. ADA lockers were also installed.
Results
We achieved a quick end-to-end design and installation process of under two weeks, and met the reopening deadline to serve the university’s 23,000 students.
