Electronic Scales has merged with RMH Systems, effective June 1, 2016. This merger allows RMH Systems to expand its industrial scale market to the Kansas City metro area, and the states of Kansas and Missouri. RMH Systems is a leading provider of industrial scale equipment and service in Iowa and Nebraska and with the acquisition of Electronic Scales, RMH becomes a leader in the scale industry in Kansas and Missouri.

RMH Systems will be able to provide you with many new products, services and areas of expertise in the future. We look forward to discussing those in more depth with you.

What the Merger Won’t Change

However, there are several things we want to point out that will not change:

  • All of the same folks that you have become accustomed to working with at Electronic Scales will become a part of the team at RMH Systems
  • The services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered as they are today
  • All contracts will remain in place as they are today
  • Our existing phone number at 913.342.9009 will continue to be the main number

Our email addresses will change. Please contact Valerie at vjackson@rmhsystems.com or myself at gjackson@rmhsystems.com.

We have added a GM, Steve Jones, who comes to us with many years of experience in a variety of businesses, and will be a great addition to the team. Steve Jones can be reached at sjones@rmhsystems.com.

RMH Systems was founded in 1938, and in addition to industrial scales, is a leading systems integrator in material handling equipment and packaging. RMH has branch locations in Des Moines, Davenport, and Waterloo, Omaha, Minneapolis, and Sterling. RMH Systems has 20 technicians (including Kansas City) and 20 salesmen serving all of our regions.

Please check out our website, rmhsystems.com to see all that we provide. If you have material handling or packaging needs feel free to call us in Kansas City, or our main telephone number, 1-800-851-4995

We look forward to providing the same great customer service in the future that you have come to expect in the past from Electronic Scales.
