RMH Systems has completed its merger with Great Plains Packaging Systems (GPPS) located in Davenport, Iowa, effective today.

The merger will strengthen RMH Systems’ position as a custom packaging supplier in Illinois and Eastern Iowa and afford them the opportunity to present larger, more innovative packaging solutions to their combined customer base.

“The combination of these two companies creates a premier organization with a unique world-class team of experts and an enhanced focus on innovating customized, packaging solutions to meet the ever-increasing demand for our customers,” said Tom Howard, President of RMH Systems. “The resulting company will have broader customer reach, and increased diversity across end markets, technologies, and geographies.”

GPPS Customers to Benefit from Superior Experience


“This merger offers GPPS customers an immediate premium, enormous leverage, and superior experience,” said GPPS owner Mike DeBruyn. “Our customers can benefit from RMH Systems’ full breadth of material handling and industrial scale offerings: the RMH Systems’ expertise in maximizing more productive, efficient, and safe industrial workspaces. We can now go to market with the capability to integrate these different types of equipment into one integrated system,” added DeBruyn.
