About the Acquisition
Effective March 2017, RMH Systems, a Midwest-based industrial systems integrator and material handling equipment distributor, has completed its acquisition of Skarnes, Inc., a Twin Cities material handling distributor since 1923.
“The combination of these two companies creates a premier organization with a unique team of experts and an enhanced focus on innovating customized, material handling solutions to meet the ever-increasing demand for our customers,” said Tom Howard, president of RMH Systems.

Nothing! You get to keep working with the same great Skarnes staff that you’ve always worked with. You have access to the same great products and services as before, and all of your contact information will stay the same. With this acquisition, you’ll now have even more options and resources to help you move your business forward!
