  • Automatic Tray Former

    IPak’s Model RP-100 fully automatic returnable plastic container erector is designed to form reusable plastic totes used by fresh fruit and vegetable growers, distributors and retailers. Packagers can take advantage of the natural cooling properties of returnable plastic container’s as well as the economic and sustainable benefits of reusable transport containers. Switching from corrugated trays to more sustainable packaging no longer means sacrificing the economies of automation.

    The RP-100 machine is designed to securely form RPCs while reducing labor costs and repetitive strain injuries related to forming trays by hand. Reusable transport packaging simultaneously reduces environmental impacts and has the benefit of being washable and reusable, whereas soiled corrugated containers must be discarded and re-ordered. The RP-100 comes standard with a dual Easy-Load infeed magazine that allows 7 stacks of RPC to be primed for production at all times. It will continuously operate at speeds of up to 25 containers per minute and is backed by IPak’s nation-wide service team.

  • Automatic Bliss Style Tray Former

    The ABH Tray Former is a fully automatic Bliss style box former. The ABH Fully Automatic Tray Former has end or side insert panels, straight or triangular corner inside flanges, extended top flaps, and HSC lidding. These tray forming machines are built for heavy duty round-the-clock production using the latest in design and manufacturing technology. Wexxar’s ABH Tray Forming equipment is built with servo motion control for fast, accurate box forming.

  • IPak Vertical Series

    IPak’s ATH and ATL models have a compact, vertical design that is ideal for packagers with minimal plant space.  They are operator friendly horizontal tray former machinery with interlocked safety guarding and a servo motion control to ensure quality tray production.

    ATH Glue Tray Former

    The IPak ATH is a fully automatic tray former with hot melt glue closure. It forms Corner Glued Trays: flaps inside, flaps outside, one piece telescope (clamshell), econo tray, extended top flap, bag-in-box styles, MUB style, HSC lidding and more. ATH fully automatic tray formers are built for heavy duty round-the-clock production using the latest in design and manufacturing technology as well as servo motion control for fast and accurate tray forming. The ATH also includes programmable electronic glue control and an optional pendant mounted operator interface.

    ATL Self Lock Tray Former

    The Model ATL forms self-lock style trays with two or four sided fold-overs. The ATL fully automatic tray former is also able to handle other popular formats with tuck top flap, display trays, and integral dividers. This operator friendly machine completes a size change in 10 minutes or less (with a Quick Change option).


  • IPak 350 Series

    The IPak 350 Series of fully automatic tray formers provide tray forming solutions in agricultural, baking and many other food processing and consumer good applications. With its innovative rotary folders, this ‘Built to Work’ machine forms all Common Footprint trays, including standard Euro designs, MUB, or most tray designs with a rollover side wall. The addition of rollover display flap folders means your tray can be converted into a store friendly retail ready tray. The 350 Series’ user friendly HMI interface and labeled changeover instructions define it as the most operator friendly tray former ever.

    Size changes are quick and easy, and can be performed in less than 15 minutes. Like all IPak machinery, the TF-350CF is known for reliability and dependability and is backed by IPak’s friendly and knowledgeable service team.

  • IPak Tray Formers 300 Series

    The IPak 300 Series of automatic tray former erects Breaker and Column Case style trays in either triangle corner or L-corner posts configurations. Whether for beef, pork, or poultry packing or used for liquid bag-in-the-box applications the TF-300 Series withstands the rigors of your production requirements. Trays formed include RSC style flaps or flange flaps for side sealing or no flaps creating a retail ready tray with rollover display window. It will continuously operate at speeds of up to 25 trays per minute.  Size changes are quick and easy, and can be performed in 20 minutes or less. Like all IPak machinery, the TF-300CT is known for reliability and dependability and is backed by IPak’s friendly and knowledgeable service team.

  • Tray Formers 200 Series

    The IPak 200 Series of automatic tray formers are capable of forming a wide range of tray sizes, including regular slotted trays in various configurations. This includes a full range of four-corner glued trays, one and two piece telescoping trays, and variations of triangulated corner and self-locking trays.  The trays formed are suitable for most any applications including agricultural, food processing and distribution. The 200 series machines will continuously operate at speeds of up to 40 trays per minute, depending on selected model and related options.  Size changes are performed in less than 10 minutes.

    Various options are available to ensure your TF-200 series machine is customized to your industry, tray specification, or production line requirements. Advanced machine programming and diagnostics are available in multiple configurations.


  • BCF Beverage Carrier Former

    The mechanically designed BCF forms four pack and six pack chipboard carriers which can feed any number of our case packers for a complete bottle packaging line.  If you are in the beverage manufacturing industry, this machine can take your flat four and six pack carriers and form them for the bottles to be packed. The BCF Beverage Carrier Former’s inline and compact design utilizes a mechanically linked carrier pick-up and transport mechanism for precise placement throughout the forming cycle.


  • Horizontal Tray Former

    The Combi HTF fully automatic tray former features heavy-duty welded steel construction and is ideal for high volume tray forming production.  The HTF will form side slotted, end slotted and design style trays, in various configurations, to accommodate the agriculture, food processing and distribution industries.  The HTF’s inline and compact design utilizes a mechanically linked tray pick-up and transport mechanism for precise placement through the glue application and forming cycle.

    For added flexibility, the Combi HTF heavy duty tray former easily integrates with a number of Combi case packers.

  • TF-2 Tray Former

    The TF-2 is a perfect solution for forming and gluing die cut trays.  The TF-2 tray former is a simple, intelligent and very compact system that utilizes the same transport mechanism as our E-series case erectors.  The TF-2 tray former machine features a low-profile, gravity walk-in case magazine that makes it very easy to load trays.  Only 4 easy adjustments are required for fast tray changeovers.  A computer controlled glue application system applies glue precisely to the tabs at measurable intervals, creating a very square and securely glued tray, every cycle.
